Shipping Policy

Uncommon Scents ships eligible orders within the United States via USPS. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping rates are estimated at checkout based on the selected method (First-Class Mail, Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express) and the final cost is confirmed with your order based on package size and destination. Uncommon Scents is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the courier. Tracking is provided for shipped orders.

Local Delivery Policy

Local drop-off is available for customers within the greater Ansonia, CT area and surrounding towns at Uncommon Scents' discretion. Drop-off availability and any associated fee are confirmed when your order request is reviewed. Local delivery is arranged by appointment; Uncommon Scents will contact you using the phone number or email provided to coordinate a window.

Return & Refund Policy

Because fragrance oils are personal-care items, all sales are final. Uncommon Scents does not accept returns or exchanges for opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Uncommon Scents within 7 days of receipt with a photo and your order details and we will make it right. Refunds for eligible issues are issued to the original payment method.

Privacy Policy

Uncommon Scents collects the information you provide at checkout and account creation (name, email, phone, address) solely to fulfill orders and communicate with you about your account and loyalty rewards. We do not sell your personal information. Payment information is handled by your selected payment provider; Uncommon Scents does not store full card numbers. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.

Product names identify the fragrance inspiration and profile only; Uncommon Scents is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the original fragrance brands. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Bundle pricing applies automatically based on the number of bottles in your cart. Loyalty rewards and referral discounts are governed by the program terms in effect at the time of use and may be modified or discontinued at Uncommon Scents' discretion.
